    Arthur Chen

    Arthur Chen brings 20 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, strategic investments, and industrial operations. Most recently, he raised and managed a US$265 million venture fund and has deployed over US$3 billion in capital throughout his career.

    Arthur currently serves as a board member or advisor for several emerging companies across the US, Europe, and Asia, including InfiX.ai, Pangaea Data, Porotech, MissDora.ai, and e-HealthNow. He is also an active mentor to aspiring entrepreneurs.

    Previously, Arthur held senior positions at companies including Fosun Group and Yingli Solar, and practiced law at Fried Frank LLP, a leading Wall Street law firm.

    Arthur is an alumnus of Peking University, Harvard Law School, IMD Lausanne, and Stanford Graduate School of Business.

    Alfred Bai

    Alfred Bai brings over 15 years of experience in private equity and venture capital, with deep expertise in AI, healthcare, and consumer tech investments, as well as portfolio value creation across Asia and emerging markets.

    Alfred currently serves as a board member or advisor for e-HealthNow, Bigoffs, and several other leading tech-enabled, fast-growing companies.

    Previously, Alfred served as Managing Director at Fosun Group. Earlier in his career, he worked at Lunar Capital, KPMG, and Ernst & Young.

    Alfred holds a Bachelor of Management degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University (ACCA) and Executive MBA degrees from both the University of Hong Kong and Peking University.

    Xinhui Shen

    Xinhui brings over 10 years of experience in finance and investment, with a keen ability to identify opportunities at the intersection of cutting-edge technologies—particularly AI—and traditional industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, new energy, education, and consumer sectors. His representative investments include Design Order, e-HealthNow, and JKStack, among others.

    Throughout his career, Xinhui has built expertise across early-stage venture capital, private equity investing at Fosun Group, and auditing at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a degree from the School of Management at Fudan University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CICPA), bringing deep expertise in corporate and fund financial management.
